How safe is buying from the little beer company?
Currently The Little Beer Company only sell beer by cash on delivery, we are in discussions with the Spanish banks about taking cards – but not at the moment. So what you see is what you buy, if you are not happy with the beers we bring you we are always happy to change them or give you your money back.

How do I know if you have received my order?
All of the systems at The Little Beer Company are online - this means that once you have placed an order by phone we will pick up your address and order details and inform you of the delivery date. This has the details of the order, the delivery details and how much you have paid. If after you have made the order and you want to change some of the details – simply call us on 952 853 775 and we will be happy to help.

What if I am not around for the delivery date?
No problem. Again, let us know when would be good for you and we will try and accommodate your needs. Delays do happen and in most cases we will contact you to let you know if there is a problem. If the delivery fails to turn up please let us know as soon as possible and we will find out what happened and get your beer to you. Additionally you can always pick up the beer from our
warehouse. To do this please either click on 'pick up from warehouse' for online orders or let our sales people know.

Why do you charge for delivery?
We try and keep the cost of the beer down to an absolute minimum allowing you to benefit from a great price and us to make a fair profit. To do this we do need to charge for local delivery for home customers. We use our own delivery operation to ensure that the delivery is on time.

What if the beer is damaged in some way?
Our quality control is a key part of what makes us a success. However if you do receive a delivery from us that is not up to our normal high standards, simply contact us stating the order details and when the beer was delivered and we will either replace it or refund your money. One point to remember, bottled conditioned beer contains levels of sediment (as you would find in good quality wine) this is quite normal and is part of the fermentation process – so check before you send back good beer!

Can I order a mixed case of beer?
Yes you can. We offer a cases that are pre-selected by us and you can also make up your own case for 26.95€ per case.

Will you always have what I want?
We try and keep a constant level of beer at our depots and order direct from the brewers on a regular basis, so there should not be a problem with getting your beer to you asap. However key times especially at Christmas and the height of the summer, seasonal beers and special offers can mean we do run out occasionally. In these instances we will let you know and offer an alternative or revised delivery date.

Can you offer credit facilities?
Not at the moment. Again this is to ensure that the business is run on a cost effective basis and that the company has very little bad debt.

Can I order beer as a gift?
Yes. On the how to order page simply add the details of the person you want the beer to go to and we will do the rest. We will still let you know the order has been made and the delivery date etc.

Do you sell to the trade?
We do and the bar trade is just as important to us as direct customers. Please contact the warehouse on 952 853 775 to discuss your needs and to find out about trade rates and merchandising.

What about draught beer?
We stick to what we are good at and that is delivering cases of beer only. If you would like to buy beer by the keg, we can help in finding you a supplier -

Is VAT included?
The price you pay includes the cost of the beer from the brewery, transportation from the UK to our depots in Spain, duty and IVA. The only additional cost is for delivery to you in Spain.
